Residential Renovation

TPS were approached to help this client achieve their goal of a gut renovation to an existing family home, all within an allotted budget.

Survey works of the property were completed by our management team and an estimate was established. With close collaboration with the client, this estimate was valued engineered to meet the clients budget and this agreed scope of works was issued to the design team for the completion of plans and a planning application.

TPS managed all aspects of this turn key project for the client from project inception to project completion including the procurement of all fixtures, fittings and supply chain contractors. The project was then completed on time and within budget.
