Managing DirectorJonathan manages all aspects of the company with over 22 years of construction experience in the United Kingdom and Bermuda. With strong leadership and organizational skills, Jonathan will ensure that a project is delivered on time, within budget and to the specified standard that is required of each project.
These skills are backed up with a BSc (Construction Management) and a MSc (International Project Management) ensuring a high level of professionalism is maintained throughout all project stages.
Luis Rocha
Contracts DirectorLuis acts as the Total Project Services Ltd Contracts Director and is involved with managing construction projects throughout Bermuda. Possessing a keen eye for detail and a desire to lead from the front, Luis will ensure that all clients needs are met through close site collaboration and coordination.
Luis’ experience consists of over 20 years working in the Azores and Bermuda as a mason and a site foreman.
Helder Rocha
Operations DirectorHelder is our Operations Director and is responsible for ensuring that the correct staff and equipment are on sites to achieve our schedule and commitments.
Helder has over 24 years of construction experience in the Azores and Bermuda as a carpenter and site foreman. With his excellent craftsman skills, Helder will ensure that Total Project Services Ltd deliver a quality product to each client.
