Office Fit Out

TPS were awarded the project to remove an existing staircase and block up the slab between the 5th and 6th floor of a city center office.

This involved working closely with the facility management to ensure our works and the required shutdowns did not hinder the occupants operations. This project involved considerable planning to get the existing staircase out of the building and get the new structural steel and concrete up to the 6th floor.

Once the staircase was removed, the finishes were completed to the surrounding area.

The project was completed in the strict timelines and budget leaving a satisfied customer.
