El Retiro – Residential Renovation & Extension

In close collaboration with the client, TPS produced a budget estimate for the desired works and undertook a value engineering exercise to ensure the works could be completed within budget. Once the budget and scope of works was agreed, TPS commenced and completed the project that consisted of a new bedroom extension, new plumbing and electrical infrastructure throughout and new finishes including windows, doors, cabinetry, countertops and custom closet systems.
